This is a handmade rice/flax seed bag that can be warmed up in the microwave for moist heat or put in the freezer. When microwaving I would do at 1min increments shifting the rice around after each minute until your desired temperature. When freezing place in a plastic bag to protect from the freezer smell. It is 30" long and 6" wide. The body pad is 16" x 8", and the eye bag is 10" x 4". The eye bag is great for migraines, headaches, fevers, tired, sore eyes. I segment them into thirds so the middle section will stay at the base of your neck without the rice sliding away. These are great for aches and pains, migraines, tension, anxiety, strained necks, slipped cervical disc in your neck, this one is also great for wrapping around your knees and for snuggling with. These are also great after you have had a massage. I can also add essential oils to your bag for added benefits. I enjoy special orders on sizes and patterns. I will also do bulk pricing specials.

Sizing details
My long neck/shoulder/knee wraps are 30" long and 6" wide. The samller neck ones are 20" x 5". The body ones are about 20" long and 9" wide, and the smaller body ones are 14" x 7".
Care instructions
These can be hand washed but I also can make you a matching sleeve for easy on and off and they can be washed in the machine. These are a really good idea if you use on a sick person, or in a babies crib.

I am more than happy to make large quantities for you to sale in your stores, spas, etc. Some fabrics I special order so that could delay my production time. Also I may need extra time for larger orders.

Can these be put in the oven?
I have many people who have put their bags in the oven due to no microwave. If you do this I recommend wrapping in aluminum foil and to not do hotter than 250.
How long do i microwave them for?
I would microwave up to 3.5 min with turning your bag throughout the warm up process. If you do longer that's up to u. But beware of burning the fabric or yourself.
Can I freeze my bag?
Yes that is the wonderful thing about these bags they do hot and cold. I recommend putting your bag in a plastic bag before placing in the freezer. This way your bag will not pick up the freezer scent.
