This is an extra large heating/cooling pad. It is 20" x 14". It is segmented into 8 sections so the rice and flax seed don't shift to one side. It can also be folded up to fit into your microwave or freezer with ease. When warming up you will want to shift the rice around so the whole thing warms up or freezes. These are great for covering your whole back or stomach. They help with aches and pains, surgery recovery, PMS, and for keeping warm or cool. These can also be used as a weighted lap blanket to help keep autistic patients calm and help reduce anxiety.

Yes I do take personalized orders. If you are looking for certain colors or designs please contact me. I also can do bigger or smaller bags.
My long neck/shoulder/knee wraps are 30" long and 6" wide. The samller neck ones are 20" x 5". The body ones are about 20" long and 9" wide, and the smaller body ones are 14" x 7".
These can be hand washed but I also can make you a matching sleeve for easy on and off and they can be washed in the machine. These are a really good idea if you use on a sick person, or in a babies crib.
I am more than happy to make large quantities for you to sale in your stores, spas, etc. Some fabrics I special order so that could delay my production time. Also I may need extra time for larger orders.
Want me to ship this to someone as a gift? I can do that for you and include a message with the package from you.
I have many people who have put their bags in the oven due to no microwave. If you do this I recommend wrapping in aluminum foil and to not do hotter than 250.
I would microwave up to 3.5 min with turning your bag throughout the warm up process. If you do longer that's up to u. But beware of burning the fabric or yourself.
Yes that is the wonderful thing about these bags they do hot and cold. I recommend putting your bag in a plastic bag before placing in the freezer. This way your bag will not pick up the freezer scent.
