This is handmade can be microwaved for moist heat or put in the freezer. Great for aches and pains, migraines, neck pain, fevers, headaches, sinus pressure, etc. Averages 20" long and 5" wide. Also available is an eye bag. You can also get a body pad with the same design that is 16" x 8" for the ultimate spa set.
Please note that the blue side will vary in design due to fabric availability.
You can get these as a set or individually. Microwave for about 1min make sure you shift rice during warming process. You may warm longer as needed. Remember microwave ovens do vary in strength. You may do longer if you desire but bag can burn if done too long. Please watch carefully. I can not be held responsible for burns. When freezing place in a plastic bag to prevent the freezer smell. If you would like your bag scented please let me know. I can do lavender, eucalyptus, rose, patchouli, or white musk. I can also make this in different sizes for you. Sizing details
My long neck/shoulder/knee wraps are 30" long and 6" wide. The samller neck ones are 20" x 5". The body ones are about 20" long and 9" wide, and the smaller body ones are 14" x 7".
Care instructions
These can be hand washed but I also can make you a matching sleeve for easy on and off and they can be washed in the machine. These are a really good idea if you use on a sick person, or in a babies crib.
Wholesale availability
I am more than happy to make large quantities for you to sale in your stores, spas, etc. Some fabrics I special order so that could delay my production time. Also I may need extra time for larger orders.

Can these be put in the oven?
I have many people who have put their bags in the oven due to no microwave. If you do this I recommend wrapping in aluminum foil and to not do hotter than 250.
How long do i microwave them for?
I would microwave up to 3.5 min with turning your bag throughout the warm up process. If you do longer that's up to u. But beware of burning the fabric or yourself.
Can I freeze my bag?
Yes that is the wonderful thing about these bags they do hot and cold. I recommend putting your bag in a plastic bag before placing in the freezer. This way your bag will not pick up the freezer scent.
