This is a rice and flax seed heating/cooling bag. The body pad averages 16" x 8". You can also get it in a neck wrap that is 20" x 5" . They are great for babies with gas pain or to give comfort sleeping. They sre also great for children with growing pains, tummy aches, autism, or anxiety. They are also great for surgical recovery, migraines, joint pains, fibromyalgia, depression, PMS, arthritis, stomach aches, or for keeping warm or cool. These average 21" long and 9" wide. I segment the rice columns to help keep the rice in place for more even distribution of heat and cold. I recommend microwaving your bag for 1-3min. Microwaves do vary so gradually warm your bag to avoid burns. When freezing your bag place it in a plastic bag to help prevent the freezer smell from attaching to it. I can also infuse your bag with either lavender, eucalyptus, jasmine, or rose. Message me if you would like scent added otherwise it will be plain. I also take special orders on sizes and patterns. You can also add an empty sleeve to put your filled bag into for keeping it clean. These are great for putting on and off and machine washing. Otherwise only spot wash your bag. Be careful to not get the contents too wet.

Sizing details
My long neck/shoulder/knee wraps are 30" long and 6" wide. The samller neck ones are 20" x 5". The body ones are about 20" long and 9" wide, and the smaller body ones are 14" x 7".
Care instructions
These can be hand washed but I also can make you a matching sleeve for easy on and off and they can be washed in the machine. These are a really good idea if you use on a sick person, or in a babies crib.

Can these be put in the oven?
I have many people who have put their bags in the oven due to no microwave. If you do this I recommend wrapping in aluminum foil and to not do hotter than 250.
How long do i microwave them for?
I would microwave up to 3.5 min with turning your bag throughout the warm up process. If you do longer that's up to u. But beware of burning the fabric or yourself.
Can I freeze my bag?
Yes that is the wonderful thing about these bags they do hot and cold. I recommend putting your bag in a plastic bag before placing in the freezer. This way your bag will not pick up the freezer scent.
